Surf and Turf: It tastes like a balloon

You ask your friends who does that guy [Christian Borle]

look like?

They have a couple suggestions, but just not the right one.
So who do you turn to?
It's like Magic,
you type something like this:

comedic actor, tall, big nose, pronounced adam's apple, high hair, talks like kermit and kinda looks like the guy from smash

into google. And we find him: Ernie Grunwald

That's right people, I was thinking of Harry Butkis from It Take Two

Surf and Turf: Reverse Evolution

They can't put anything on the Internet that isn't true...

In response to yesterday's post I searched for "reverse evolution" and this is what the internet found me.

...uh...Bonjour.

Surf and Turf: The Internet...What Can't It Do? - YouTube Chains

-->
So one of my favorite things to do as of late is to watch videos on YouTube. I have a tendency to click related videos after I'm done watching the first one and pretty soon I end up watching videos that have nothing to do with why I went on there in the first place. I go from kittens playing with a ball of yarn (adorable) to sharks giving birth (disgusting) to video of the titanic (creepy).

A recent chain started with a link from my Facebook page to a video of a little girl finding out that her parents were taking her to Disney World (See Video Below). It was an adorable video and the girl’s reaction is priceless. This led to me watching more videos of parents surprising their kids, which then turned into videos on women telling their husbands that they’re pregnant, which then led to couples telling their families that they’re pregnant.

So I am on probably my 16th video and I'm like "that’s weird, that guy looks like my brother's friend Joe!" As the camera panned passed the guests at the table I was even more convinced that it was my brother’s friend. So I remembered that my brother was tagged in some photos recently published on FB of Joe’s wedding. So I looked at a picture of the entire wedding party and I was like "that definitely looks like the guy in the video and his new wife looks like woman sitting net to him!" At that point, I wasn’t entirely sure, because it was late and my eyes could have been playing tricks on me. So as I took a closer look at the photo of the wedding party, I notice that one of the bridesmaids looks familiar and I then realize that she is the woman who was announcing that she was pregnant in the video.

Crazy right? I go from parents surprising their kids to finding my brother friend in a completely random YouTube video. Has anything like this happened to you?

Surf and Turf: Really Google, REALLY!?!

-->
-->
Don’t you love when you know exactly what you’re looking for when you’re searching in Google and you are so specific that you know the thing that you want will pop up and then you get this:

-->
Really Google? I’m looking for that tampon commercial I see on TV and you’re suggesting the difference between traditional jazz and smooth jazz? I don’t even know what site in another language is about.  Or is Tanzania overly fertile and in need of tampons and a way of publically educating it’s people about them. Or are they just 97% cheerier than folks here?

Can someone explain this???
